Professor Shivananda Kamath

Professor Shivananda Kamath was a humble disciple and servant of Bhagawan Nityananda. I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know him over a period of two years in which we spoke regularly before his passing. What struck me the most about Professor Kamath was his calm, humble, indrawn nature and his Supreme love for Bhagawan Nityananda. He shared with me his profound experiences of Bade Baba and his love for Tulsi Amma. As we spoke, I had the sense that he was always in samadhi, always serene.

Eventhough he has passed, he lives on in subtle form in the hearts of all those who have experienced his Love and Devotion for the Master. In his memory, we offer a rare video of Professor Kamath singing a song of praise to Bhagawan Nityananda, written by Tulsiammaji. This video was produced by Rob Marvin, another devotee of Bhagawan Nityananda and friend of Professor Kamath. The footage was taken at the Shri Swami Nityananda mother ashram in Kanhangad, Kerala, India. With Mr. Marvin's kind permission, we have posted the video here for all to experience.

May the Blessings of Shri Bhagawan Nityananda be with you always.
